Back of PostcardThis postcard features a summary of the historic flight of Charles A. Lindbergh in the Spirit of St. Louis. Lindbergh took off from Roosevelt Field in New York on May 20 at 7:52 AM, flying solo and non-stop for 3,600 miles to Paris, France. After 33 and a half hours, he landed at Le Bourget Field in Paris on May 21 at 10:22 AM. The postcard also mentions that a replica of the Spirit of St. Louis can be seen at Lambert International Airport in St. Louis, and there is a large display of Lindbergh memorabilia at the Jefferson Memorial in Forest Park, St. Louis, Missouri. The postcard was made by a company in West Nyack, New York.
