The postcard showcases Edwards Mill, located on the campus of the School of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Missouri. The mill grinds natural whole grain products using stone buhrs powered by overflow water from Lake Honor on campus. This student industry project provides hands-on learning opportunities in food processing. The campus also houses the Ralph Foster Museum.
